O'Clancy Peru is an artist. O'Clancy Peru is an art gallery. All two of these statements are true facts from the realm of reality. 'How become-so why?' you say, goggle-eyed with pickled intrigue. Well read on, dear, dumb child, fill your watery, screen-soaked eyes with this fact-based head-pulp check-bite:
- O’Clancy Peru has large hair, or 'enormic follication'.
- O'Clancy Peru's hair is a contemporary exhibition space.
- O'Clancy Peru has begun to erect dividing walls within her hairea (hair area) for structural support, and sprinkler systems for safety.
- O'Clancy Peru was not only born with a full head of hair; she also emerged from the womb wearing a hat (a tricorn, incidentally).
- O’Clancy Peru's hair was awarded Arts Council funding for 'new and innovative ways of breaking boundaries with hair' and 'bringing art to the people, via hair'.
- O'Clancy Peru has so impressed the Arts Council that they will now be funding the opening of a new fringe festival.
